We process the minimum data required to publish your client status pages. Jira tokens are encrypted at rest. We never sell data. We never train models on your data.

What we store

Your account profile from Google sign-in, the Jira issues you choose to surface, and access tokens (encrypted).

What we never expose

Assignees, internal labels, internal comments, and raw descriptions are stored for matching only and cannot be rendered on a public page.
