Do I have to move my work into ClientLens?

No. ClientLens is read-only on top of your existing Jira or Linear. Your delivery team keeps working exactly as they do today.

No. The public page renderer can only ever return a whitelisted set of client-safe fields. Internal fields are structurally unreachable.

You map raw statuses to a canonical set (Planned, In Progress, In Review, Done). Clients always see the canonical language — your internal workflow stays untouched.

What do I need to publish a client page?

An active free trial or subscription. Start your 14-day trial (no credit card) and your configured pages go live instantly. If a trial lapses or a subscription is canceled, you can still edit pages — you just re-activate to publish again.

Can I use a custom link like clientlens.app/site/acme?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each page gets a permanent unguessable link, and you can add a friendly custom address (e.g. /site/acme) on top. Custom addresses are guessable by design, so we recommend a per-page passcode for sensitive clients — the unguessable link always keeps working too.

Does the page have an indexable URL?

No. Public pages explicitly set noindex,nofollow and are never enumerated. You can also require a per-page passcode.
